What is an EU Representative?

are established outside the EU or EEA
process personal data of individuals in the EU
do so in connection with offering goods or services, or monitoring behaviour
Failure to appoint a Representative where required can result in regulatory fines of up to €10 million or 2% of global annual turnover — whichever is higher.
